'Girly' with Crafty Addicts

Hi Crafty Friends, Bloggers and Followers, I'm here this morning with a new DT creation for our new fortnight challenge over at Carfty Addicts. She is so cute, don't you think?! As always our theme is 'Anything Goes' but you could try our twist, which is 'Girly'!... I wanted to create something a little different, so I decided to base my card on a scalloped shell and this is what I came up with...

Gold and Bronze card to make Seahorse and shells, Starfish, Sequin wave ribbon, Pink and white dot ribbon, pearls and Pink glitter card are all from my stash

First of all, I found a photo of a scalloped shell on the internet and printed on to a white 8x8 card blank, then carefully cut out, this became my base card. I printed, coloured with Promarkers/Copic Ciaos, adding Glossy Accents/Stickles glitter glue for the bubbles and die cut the image, layering it on to die cut pink glitter card then placed on the card. I finished off by adding seahorse, shells, starfish, waves with sequin ribbon and frosted lace Stickles, ribbon and bow, flowers, flourishes and pearl gems.
